Summer Watermelon Salad



Mix fresh 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 1/2 table spoon of
grated lemon peel, 1/2 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil,
2 cups of small cubes of watermelon, 1/4 cup of sliced red onion,
2 spoons of choppod coriander leaves, salt and pepper according to taste.
