Garlic toast with Eggs and Meat Scramble.


Whisk 2 eggs with some cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper and a few drops of hot sauce.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add some butter and olive oil to the pan.Now add yout favaroite meats like grounded chicken  or smoked salmon in to the pan. Fry the meat  up to  to 5 mins and add egg mixture.

Scramble to desired consistency and serve with a sclied plum tomato,seasoned with salt and pepper.

For the bread toast, rub hot toast with cracked garlic and butter.
