Oats Pancakes

Oats are good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Magnesium, Phosphorus and very low in Cholesterol.

Eating oat meal daily may be very boring, so try news things with oats.

Try making pancakes with oats, below is one of the oats pancake recepie I have tried with an Indian touch.

Take 100 grams of oats, 2 table spoons of rice flour, 1/4 cup of buttermilk and  blend all these three items in the food processor.

Now add some salt ,cumin seeds, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and onions to the batter.

Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion as you do for normal pancake. Drizzle some peanut or sesame  oil around the pancake.

cook the pancake  until it becomes golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with some mint or peanut dipping.
