All berries are very good for our health, they are good fat burners.
If you guys want more fat burning foods in your diet add blacberries,raspberries and  strawberries.

All berries are very low in calories and contains vitamins like A,C,E,K and
gives us tons of health benefits.
Other good thing is all berries cotain antioxidants which keeps us yong and they also contains
good amount of manganese.
