Omega-3 Fatty Acids


There are many benefits of omega-3 fatty acids.
It can boost heart health and can decrease depression,arthritis and many more.

We need omega -3 fatty acids to work our body normally and also used to reduce inflammation throughout the body.

For omega-3 fatty acids try eating salmon fish twice a week and if you are vegetarian try eating walnuts and flax seeds.
